Where the
mountains
meet the Pacific
The Savegre River rises in the Talamanca Mountains — Costa Rica’s highest range — and flows toward the Pacific, carving a valley of extraordinary biodiversity. Near the village of Santo Domingo, our vanilla grows in rich tropical soil just 150 meters above sea level.
This watershed is UNESCO-recognized for its ecological significance. The clean mountain water, warm coastal air, and fertile soil create conditions that produce vanilla of exceptional depth and complexity — unlike anything from Madagascar or Tahiti.
Our beans are grown and harvested by a dedicated Costa Rican farming family who hand-pollinate every flower and cure each pod using generations of expertise. No shortcuts. No compromises.
